Grand National, Ultimate Wipeout and the 22ft Helter Skelter draw the eye across a large site. They need clear dimensions, access, power and operating areas agreed before the layout is fixed.

A good fun day needs a spread of pace and audience. Use one or two large attractions to make the event visible, then add activities that families can join without waiting for a scheduled heat. The Inflatable Grand National runs four riders down a straight course. Ultimate Wipeout takes up to eight players per round, and Human Table Football puts up to ten players into a five-a-side team game.
Around those, Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga, Tug of War and Walking Tubes provide simple group play. The nine-hole Crazy Golf, High Striker, Hook a Duck and four-bay Grand Carnival Stall add quieter or family-friendly alternatives to the active inflatables.
Grand National, Ultimate Wipeout and the 22ft Helter Skelter draw the eye across a large site. They need clear dimensions, access, power and operating areas agreed before the layout is fixed.
Human Table Football, Hungry Hippos, Laser Quest, IPS Podium, Tug of War and Walking Tubes can run as open play or scheduled team heats. See team building games for formats.
Crazy Golf, Hook a Duck, Giant Connect 4, Jenga, High Striker and the carnival stall give mixed-age groups something to do between the larger rides and races without one shared queue.
Four-lane Basketball handles up to four players at once, while Football Darts, inflatable Axe Throwing and the 3-in-1 sports stall create short target challenges with straightforward rotation.
Send the expected attendance, age mix and event hours. Capacity is not just the number on a game: it includes briefing, getting on and off, changeovers and how many people arrive at once. As useful reference points, the basketball has four lanes and can handle around 80 players an hour; Grand National races four at a time; Human Table Football takes ten; and Ultimate Wipeout takes up to eight per round with our operator controlling it.
We can then spread the package across active, family and self-running equipment. If departments are competing, publish team times separately from the family programme so one format does not hold up the other.

Outdoor plans need usable vehicle access, a suitable surface, anchoring positions and room around each attraction. Continuously inflated attractions need blower power; we can include generators where mains is not available. Weather checks and on-site wind monitoring apply to outdoor inflatable setups. Crazy Golf needs a clean, flat, sheltered area and cannot be used in windy conditions. A wet-weather alternative is worth agreeing before the event rather than after the site is laid out.
Height and route matter too. The basketball unit is about 15.7ft high, while the Helter Skelter is 22ft high, needs a 30ft by 30ft clear setup area and at least 5ft access width. Send gates, bollards, gradients, overhead restrictions and power positions with the initial brief.
We first ran the Inflatable Grand National at Doncaster Racecourse for a corporate fun day, alongside a large inflatable assault course. The open racecourse setting made it possible to create a proper activity zone rather than treating the race as a single isolated hire.
At the Niagara Centre Sheffield, past outdoor packages have combined bouncy castles, climbing walls, Helter Skelter, assault courses, toddler play, fairground games and diesel generator power. The venue examples are different, but both show why site space, access and package balance need deciding together.

Browse inflatable games for the wider inflatable range, carnival games for stalls and fairground challenges, and giant and garden games for compact lawn add-ons. If the day also needs PA, a stage, barriers or generators, see stage and sound and event infrastructure.
It depends on attendance, arrival pattern, age mix and event length. Send those details with the site plan and we can balance headline attractions, team games and lower-throughput family activities.
Outdoor inflatable use depends on safe conditions and wind monitoring. We will discuss the forecast and site plan with you, but the organiser should also have a wet-weather or programme-change plan for the day.
Yes. We can include suitable generator and distribution equipment where mains is unavailable, and provide the relevant risk assessments, method statements and equipment documents for the booked package.
