A walkabout balloon modeller making themed sculptures on and around your
stand, giving visitors something to watch, join in with and carry away.
Hire is from £485 plus VAT for a four-hour period, staffed by our own
team rather than sub-hired freelancers. Tell us the show, the dates and
the theme, and we'll match the right modeller to the job.
A balloon modeller - the trade also says balloon twister or balloon
artist - works the floor rather than a fixed pitch. They move along the
aisle or work a corner of your stand, making sculptures to request while
a small crowd gathers to watch each piece take shape. Every finished
sculpture leaves with the visitor who asked for it, and on a trade floor
that has a useful side effect: the pieces get carried round the hall for
the rest of the show.
Adults ask for sculptures as often as children do, so the act holds up
on a professional audience rather than needing a family crowd to work.
It needs no power and no build time, which makes it one of the simpler
things to add to a stand plan that is already tight.

Themed to your event, made on the spot
The team's recent work runs from quick animals and wearable hats to
multi-balloon character figures: an Elsa and Anna set, a one-eyed Minion
in a clear-balloon goggle, column Mickey and Minnie figures, wrist-loop
monkeys and Christmas pieces. Send the theme or the campaign when you
enquire and the modeller arrives with the right balloons for it.
Sculptures in your brand colours work the same way where the design
allows.

An in-house act with a corporate track record
We've been supplying event entertainment since 1999, and the modellers
are our own staff rather than freelancers picked up per job. The act has
worked corporate days and store launches across the UK, including
Amazon's annual corporate summer BBQ, where the modeller ran alongside
the family attractions and the office thanked the team for doing "a
great job getting people involved".
The modeller travels to shows anywhere in the country. We're based at a
25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, five minutes from the A1, M1 and
M18, and exhibition work takes the team regularly to
NEC Birmingham,
ExCeL London,
Manchester Central and
Telford International Centre.
When a stand needs more than one draw, the wider catalogue runs to
600-plus items across 68 categories, and several of them can go on the
same booking.

Questions specific to this act
How does the pricing work beyond the first four hours?
The standard booking is a four-hour period from £485 plus VAT. Anything past four hours is charged at £50 plus VAT per part hour, so a fifth hour and a slightly longer overrun cost the same.
Can the sculptures match our stand theme or brand?
Yes. Recent themed work includes Frozen characters, a one-eyed Minion in a clear-balloon goggle, column Mickey and Minnie figures, wrist-loop monkeys and Christmas pieces. Tell us the theme or the campaign colours when you enquire and the modeller brings the right balloons for it.
Is a balloon modeller suitable for an adults-only event?
Yes. The act does a fair bit of corporate work, including store launches and company fun days, and adults get stuck in as readily as children do.
Why is this booked by enquiry rather than online?
Because the right modeller for the job depends on the date, the venue and the theme you want. A short conversation settles all three, and we'll come back to you the same day.
