How the 360 Photobooth Works
Guests step onto a circular platform and a motorised arm spins a camera around them, filming from every angle. The result is a slow-motion clip - about 20 seconds - with your branding and overlays built in, ready for Instagram, TikTok or wherever your visitors post. Each video takes a few seconds to capture, and guests can download theirs instantly via a QR code or we send everything through on WeTransfer after the event.
It works well on exhibition stands because the rotating arm and lit platform catch the eye from across the hall, and once a few people start queuing it tends to keep building. Every shared clip carries your logo beyond the show floor, which is what most exhibitors are really after - reach that outlasts the stand.

What's Included
The hire price covers delivery, setup and collection from our Rotherham warehouse, usually in our own vehicles. You get unlimited visits throughout the hire period - there's no per-video charge or cap. Custom slow-motion effects and your branded overlays are set up beforehand, and every clip comes with QR code sharing for instant downloads. All digital content goes out via WeTransfer within 14 days of the event.
Every booking includes our £5 million public liability insurance as standard, and we email risk assessments and method statements to you or your venue before the event. If you'd like a trained attendant to run the booth hands-free on the day, that's available too - just mention it when you enquire.

Where We Deliver
We've been hiring exhibition games and photo booths from Sheffield since 1999. Everything lives in our 25,000 sq ft warehouse near the M1 - we own and maintain 95% of the kit ourselves, so there's no third-party supplier between you and the equipment when something needs sorting on the day.
The 360 booth has been on stands at the NEC Birmingham, Manchester Central, ExCeL London and exhibition venues across the UK. Common Questions
Can we add our own branding to the booth?
Yes. The platform takes a vinyl base panel from £95 for a single event, or a reusable magnetic skin at £195 that we store and apply at every show - that pays for itself after two events. There's also a stretch backdrop at £275 that you keep for future use. Whatever you choose, the video overlays carry your brand colours and logo on every clip automatically.
What power and space does it need?
One 13A 240V socket within 10 metres - standard UK mains. The equipment itself is about 1m wide by 0.75m deep and 1.65m high, and the full operational area with room around it is 2m × 2m with 2.1m of headroom. That fits on most exhibition stands without eating into the rest of your space.
How do guests get their videos?
There are two ways to get the videos. They can download their clip instantly at the event via a QR code, straight to their phone. We also send all the digital content from the hire via WeTransfer within 14 days, so you've got everything even if someone forgets to scan the code on the day.
