the circular platform while the camera arm moves around them, producing a
short video with slow-motion effects and your branded overlay. Hire starts
at £595 plus VAT. DB handles delivery, setup and collection, with unlimited
visits during the booked hire period. Delivery charges and minimum order
values vary by venue and hire period.
Visitors step onto a stationary raised platform in groups of three or
four. The motorised camera arm moves around them, and the software produces
a short boomerang-style video with slow motion, speed changes, custom
effects and an overlay prepared for your event.
The result is a digital video rather than a print. Guests can scan a QR
code to save their clip when the venue has working Wi-Fi or mobile MiFi,
ready to keep or post. We send the organiser all of the booth's digital
content by WeTransfer within 14 days. If you need photographs printed on

For a carpeted exhibition stand, send us the floor details so we can
confirm suitability. The booth can be used indoors or outdoors, but it
contains powered video equipment. Send us the exact outdoor position and
power arrangement so we can confirm the setup.
If the venue cannot provide a suitable socket, ask us to quote an
appropriate temporary power option.

Our in-house branding team can work from your artwork or design brief. The
magnetic branding remains DB property; we store and reapply it for later

360 photo booth hire for exhibitions and activations
The 2m x 2m operating area suits exhibition stands and
brand activations where floor space
and campaign artwork both matter. Groups of three or four can use it
together, and every finished clip can carry the campaign overlay. It also
works for corporate parties, Christmas events, team-building days and
freshers' fairs.

We've been hiring event equipment since 1999. The booth goes out from our
25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham with our own delivery team, and we own
and operate 95% of the equipment across the website.
Every booking has £5 million public liability insurance as standard. We
can email risk assessments, method statements and insurance documents to
you or the venue before the event, and indemnity to principal cover applies
when our staff are supplied. Technical support is available throughout the
hire.
UK delivery from South Yorkshire
Our warehouse is five minutes from the A1, M1 and M18, and we deliver
event equipment across the UK in our own vehicles. We regularly work at
venues including NEC Birmingham,
ExCeL London,
Manchester Central and
Telford International Centre.
If the booth is one part of a larger stand or event, we can put it on the
same booking as other exhibition games,
staging, power and event equipment. There are more than 600 items across
68 categories in the wider catalogue, which is useful when one delivery
needs to cover more than the booth.
