Selfie Pod Hire – Digital Photo Booth for Events and Exhibition Stands

The selfie pod is a slim, open-air photo kiosk that works without an enclosure or a dedicated attendant. Guests tap the touchscreen, take a photo, animated GIF or boomerang, add a digital sticker from the on-screen menu if they want, and the image goes directly to their phone by email or to their Instagram, Facebook or X account. Every image carries a branded overlay set up before delivery - your company logo, event name or campaign artwork.

We've been supplying these at Amazon warehouses, corporate events and freshers fairs for several years, and what exhibition clients want to know first is the footprint: 1m x 0.75m on the floor and 1.65m tall, needing a 2m x 2m operational area and a standard 13A socket within 10 metres. It slots into a shell scheme, a lobby corner or alongside a hospitality table without rearranging the room. The unit runs up to 40 sessions an hour, which keeps a steady flow moving.

You can set it to auto-upload every image to a company social account as well as sending a copy to the guest, which is how we've run it for Amazon Prime Day activations. The front panel, back panel or full outer wrap can be branded in your company colours before we deliver it, and the branding is designed, printed, applied and removed by our in-house team.

What the Pod Does

Guests interact with a full touchscreen interface. The workflow: tap to start, take your shot, choose a layout, add digital stickers if you want, then select where to send it.

Photo types: - Still photos (single or multi-shot layouts) - Animated GIFs (up to 10 frames) - Boomerang GIFs (up to 10 frames)

Branding Options

The selfie pod is designed to carry your branding. We design, print, apply and remove everything in-house - send us your artwork or brand guidelines and we handle the rest.

  • Front panel: £95+VAT
  • Front and back panels: £135+VAT
  • Branded stretch backdrop (one-sided, sub-dye printed): £275+VAT - we can retain this for future events at no charge; the backdrop stays our property

Branding is supplied as printed sticker transfers suitable for one hire period. For digital branding on screen (event name, logo overlay on every photo), this is set up as part of the standard hire.

Which Locations Do We Cover?

From our base in Rotherham/Sheffield, we are ideally placed next to the A1, M1 and M18 - all within five minutes. This lets us cover the whole of the UK, including South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester and the North East as a matter of course, and for larger packages we regularly deliver to London, Birmingham, Leeds and all the major exhibition venues. A Europe-wide service is available for bigger packages.
