We were founded in 1999 and started out hiring PA systems for live
events. As the team grew and recruited experienced event managers
from across the industry, the business diversified into wider event
hire - inflatables, funfair equipment, stages and corporate
entertainment.
Around four years ago we identified a gap in the exhibition market for
a supplier who could turn a brief into a fully interactive, branded
activity that holds its own on a stand next to major brands.
Exhibition Game Hire was set up to serve that market specifically,
drawing on our warehouse, fleet and event experience.
25,000 sq ft warehouse, five minutes from the motorway network
We work out of a 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Sheffield, five minutes
from the A1, M1 and M18. South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire and Greater
Manchester are on our doorstep, and the motorway access lets us reach
London, Birmingham, Glasgow and the rest of the UK comfortably in a
day. We also deliver to mainland Europe for larger packages.
The warehouse holds the equipment we own and operate. Our own fleet of
vans and drivers handles delivery, set-up and collection, so the
person dropping the kit off works for us - not a third-party courier.

Equipment We Own
Almost everything on the website is owned by us and stored in our warehouse. We are not an agency - there are no middlemen between you and the kit.
Dedicated Office Team
A permanent office team handles enquiries, quotes and event coordination. The same person you book with stays with the job through to delivery.
In-House Branding
Our in-house branding team handles design, print and application using current large-format methods. Custom branding starts from £49 + VAT.
Our Own Fleet
Modern delivery vehicles and uniformed staff that are employed by us, not subcontracted. Trained supervisors are available on request.
Insurance & Documentation
£5M public liability cover as standard, with indemnity to principal when we supply staff. Risk assessments and method statements are emailed in PDF format ahead of every event.
Certified Equipment
All equipment is built to industry standard and individually certified for safety. We work regularly with UK local councils and authorities.
