Plinko is the classic disc-drop peg board game. The unit is a freestanding A-frame board with a circus-red and cream playing face, a staggered grid of metal pegs, and eleven numbered scoring channels along the bottom. Players take a disc, drop it into a slot at the top, and watch it bounce unpredictably off the pegs until it settles into one of the scored channels.
The outcome isn't determined by technique - once the disc is in the air, the peg grid takes over. That means there's nothing for guests to fail at in a frustrating way, no skill threshold to clear before the game becomes fun, and no need for someone standing there coaching each player through the rules. People can walk up, have a turn, and move on, which is useful when you have a long line and a busy stand.
The board is self-supporting on its A-frame and doesn't need a table. It has LED strip lighting fitted at the top and works on any indoor or outdoor surface. We've taken it to freshers' fairs, corporate fun days, charity fundraisers and birthday parties - it tends to draw attention from across the room just from being visible.
