Snatch It - Two-Player Reaction Game Hire
Snatch It is a head-to-head reaction game made by Aquaventronics. The unit is a rectangular illuminated cabinet with five clear acrylic rods standing up through the top surface and a large dome button at each player's end - LED-lit blue, with a hand-shape graphic around it. Both players start with both hands on their button, all five rods light up, and then one turns off at random. The first player to snatch that rod wins the round, but move before it goes out and you lose.
The false-start penalty is where most people come unstuck. They come in assuming their reflexes are sharp enough to handle it, and they're caught off guard when they jump too early. The rounds run to around 30 seconds, the outcome is immediate, and anyone standing a few feet away can see exactly who grabbed it and whether they went too soon - which tends to pull people over from the aisle without anyone on your stand having to coax them.
