The Scottish Event Campus sits on Exhibition Way, Glasgow G3 8YW, on the north bank of the Clyde. The exhibition side of it is the SEC Centre, five interconnected halls running to more than 22,000 square metres between them, with the 3,000-seat SEC Armadillo and the 13,000-capacity OVO Hydro on the same campus. That mix means a single week at the SEC can carry a trade exhibition, a conference and an arena show at once.
For an exhibitor it behaves like the big English halls. There are enforced build-up windows, a shared loading area with marshals on it, and shell schemes as standard unless you have taken space only.
Getting kit to Glasgow
The SEC is around 250 miles from our warehouse, so a booking here is planned as a trip rather than a delivery, with an overnight each way and the van loaded to cover the whole show. We take spares up with us, because a part that needs sending from Rotherham on day two is not going to arrive that afternoon.

Self-contained mains-powered games travel best. A branded Whack a Mole, a Ballnado Grabber or a Batak Lite with a leader board all go up as one unit, get branded before they leave, and need nothing on site beyond a 13A socket and somebody briefed to run them.
