The arena sits on Arena Way off Claypit Lane, Leeds LS2 8BY, a few minutes' walk north of the city centre. It was renamed from the first direct arena to the first direct bank arena in July 2025, so both names are still in circulation. It holds 13,781 and runs live music, comedy and sport alongside conferences, exhibitions and corporate hospitality, so the space you are activating in might be a concourse, a hospitality suite or the bowl itself.
Leeds is around 35 miles from our warehouse, which makes this one of the easier venues on our books. A same-day drop and collection is straightforward, and a short lead time is rarely a problem.
What an arena activation needs
Arena work is not stand work, and the difference matters. Concourse space is shared circulation rather than a footprint you have bought, so anything you put in it has to be free-standing, quick to move and obvious about where its queue goes. Access is usually through service corridors and a goods lift rather than a loading bay you can back a van into, so the useful thing to tell us early is the route in and the lift dimensions.
Timing is the other one. Doors open at a fixed hour and the crowd arrives all at once, which puts a premium on games with a short round and no reset. Prize machines, reaction walls and photo booths all suit that shape. Anything needing a marshalled run-up does not.
