Electronic Wheel of Fortune Hire

Our Electronic Wheel of Fortune - also called a prize wheel, spin the wheel or spin to win game - brings the fairground sideshow up to date. There's no arrow to flick round a cardboard disc. Instead a ring of LED bulbs races around the rim of the panel and you press the red trigger button when you want it to stop, landing the lights on a numbered segment.

It's a flat panel rather than a wheel that physically turns, which is part of why it travels and sets up so easily. Twin JVC speakers give it the lights-and-sound of a TV game show, and a central LED dot-matrix display runs the messages and countdown. The segments are numbered around the edge, so it reads as a wheel of fortune from across a busy room and pulls people over to the stand.

It's quick to play, which matters on an exhibition stand or in a freshers fair zone where you want plenty of people having a go in a short window. We can brand it for you too, which is where it earns its keep at a launch or activation.

Branding and Prizes

The front panel and the table skirt both take custom print, so the whole unit can read as part of your stand build rather than a piece of hire kit dropped in. The unit in these photos went out in Amazon Prime Day "Spin to Win" colours for one of their staff events. A printed sub-dye skirt is £149, and we hold onto it and store it free for your next event, though it stays ours. There's more on our branding service.

How you use it is up to you. Number the segments to prizes, or run it as a spin-for-a-go giveaway where a winning number takes the prize. We can pair it with a magnetic Top Gear-style leader board so a queue can see the scores building, and add LED uplighters, a powered PA with a radio mic, or post-and-rope barriers to set off the area.

We deliver, set up and install it, and you get a full tutorial so your own people can run it. If you'd rather not tie up your team on the day, we can supply an attendant to run the wheel hands-free while your staff talk to visitors.

Venues We Deliver To

We hire from a 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, five minutes from the A1, M1 and M18, so most of the UK is within easy reach. We regularly deliver exhibition games to NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central, Olympia London and Harrogate Convention Centre, with Europe-wide delivery available for larger packages.

We own and maintain 95% of the kit we hire and have been supplying exhibition and interactive games since 1999, so the wheel turns up tested and ready, with one delivery, one invoice and one contact for your whole stand. We're a repeat supplier for clients including Amazon, who book us for their events year after year. One of the team there, Anais N from Amazon, said: "The team are amazing, attentive and quick to get things up and running. We have the best time at our events with some of the games and it makes planning events so much easier. We have used them for years here at Amazon events. Very reliable."
