All the satisfaction of landing an axe on the board, none of the sharp edges. Instead of real axes, players throw soft velcro axes that stick to a giant inflatable target, scoring by where they land. It gives all the satisfaction of landing a throw with none of the sharp edges, and reads as safe to event organisers - so it clears the approvals a real axe lane never would, and it's genuinely suitable for all ages.
A member of our team runs it - briefing players, scoring and rotating the queue through. It's a strong draw at corporate fun days and team-building afternoons, freshers fairs and family events, and it sits naturally next to our archery arenas for a target-games corner.
