This one is different from the others
Our other regional pages are about exhibitions, because that is what travels. South Yorkshire is not really like that. The venues here are parks, showgrounds, museums, sports halls and community centres, and the work is council fun days, gala days, festivals and school events rather than trade stands. It is also the oldest part of the business.
The warehouse is 25,000 sq ft in Rotherham, five minutes from the A1, M1 and M18. Everything on the website starts and ends there, which for a local booking means we can drop a single item, come back for it the same evening, and take a phone call about it in between.

Where we work locally
In Sheffield itself, Hillsborough Arena on Middlewood Road takes full-day attraction packages across the adjoining parkland, and the Niagara Centre has run since 2016 with direct bookings from Sheffield City Council and local adoption services. The Megacentre on Bernard Road covers conferences and training events with fun-food stations and break-out games, and Sheffield Hallam Sports Park on Bawtry Road has had staging and PA since 2019 for university sport and Yorkshire Sport Foundation events.
Kelham Island Museum is the cultural one. We supplied the Migration Matters Festival outdoor stage there with a 7x6m mobile trailer stage and a flown line-array PA.
Around the wider county, Barnsley Metrodome and Elsecar Heritage Centre both take repeat Barnsley MBC bookings, Doncaster Racecourse has hosted our Inflatable Grand National on a corporate fun day, Penistone Showground has run since 2023, and Hesley Wood takes stage and PA for HesFest.
What actually goes out locally
This is bigger and more outdoor than our exhibition work, and more of it goes out staffed, because that is what these events need.

Councils, schools and committees
A lot of this work is publicly funded, which changes what matters. The documentation gets read properly, the quote has to survive a committee, and the date is fixed months out because it has been advertised. We are used to all three, and we would rather send the paperwork with the quote than wait to be asked for it.
