A Single Board with a Bigger Comic Punch
Set 2 is a single 100cm x 180cm face-in-the-hole board - one board rather than the three you get with our main beach-themed cut-out set, but the illustration is a bit more elaborate.
The design is classic British seaside humour: a muscular woman in a red-and-white striped vintage swimsuit and blue swimming cap, carrying a man bridal-style across the beach. There are two face holes - one in the woman, one in the man - so a pair of guests can pose together, which is usually what starts the queue forming. The background has the full seaside kit: blue sky, ocean waves, golden sand, a red-and-yellow beach flag and a little red sailboat for good measure.
The board stands on a metal pole with a weighted base, so it stays upright on grass or hard standing without anyone holding it. Guests operate it themselves - stick their faces through, someone else takes the photo, and they move on. There is no power needed, no staff required and no rules to explain.
