What the Interactive Football Challenge Is
It's a dribbling course of ten red and blue light-up cones on the IPS Interactive Play System. A cone lights up, players dribble the ball to it and tap it out, the hit registers on the digital scoreboard and the next cone lights. It works solo against the clock, head-to-head, or as a team relay, and it's ideal for football training - coaches use it to work on footwork, reaction and ball control.
It works because it's quick to get into and easy to watch. People don't need to read a rule sheet - they see a cone light up, they have a go, and the leaderboard gives them a reason to come back and beat their score. That's what keeps a queue moving at a busy stand.
