Marquee and gazebo lighting hire

This is the lighting package for a party marquee where the tent itself is already sorted, but the inside still looks a bit bare once the evening starts. It adds colour and low-level atmosphere around the frame rather than trying to turn the marquee into a full stage show.

The photo shows the sort of setup we mean: coloured bulbs clipped around the marquee frame, purple and blue wash lighting, vertical LED bars on the legs and a small warm light fixed near the frame. Depending on the marquee, garden, power and timings, we can hang or position the lighting inside the marquee or outside it for summer parties.

The exact mix depends on the structure and what else you have on the booking. A small pop-up gazebo might only need a simple colour wash and a few bulbs. A bigger marquee with a bar, seating and a dance area may want festoon lighting, LED strip lights or batten LED lighting adding to the package.

Tell us where the nearest power is and whether the lighting is going inside the marquee or outside in the garden. That is enough for us to plan the cable run and the setup properly.

If you are building a full outside setup, it often makes sense to add gazebo heaters, black foldable chairs, 6ft tables and cable protectors at the same time.

Delivery and venues

We work from a 25,000 sq ft warehouse in Rotherham, close to the A1, M1 and M18, and we have been supplying event equipment since 1999. Most of the kit on this site is owned in-house, which keeps the booking simpler when you need lighting, furniture, power and games on the same delivery.

The original listing covers South Yorkshire, West Yorkshire, Greater Manchester, the North East, London, Birmingham and Wales, with wider UK delivery available for larger packages.
