Exhibition Game Hire in Birmingham & the Midlands
This is the busiest region on our books, because the NEC is here and so is nearly everything else with a hall in it.
Why the Midlands is the heaviest region for us
More of our exhibition work happens here than anywhere else, and the reason is arithmetic. The NEC alone hosts flagship trade shows all year, the ICC covers the conference end in the city centre, and Telford, Coventry, Nottingham and Newark pick up everything that doesn't need a hall that size. From Rotherham it is around 90 miles down the M1 to Birmingham, which is comfortably a same-morning build.
That proximity changes what we can offer. A swap-out during a four-day show at the NEC is a couple of hours rather than a next-day problem, and a late addition on build-up day is usually a phone call rather than a no.

The venues
The NEC at Bickenhill Parkway is the UK's largest exhibition venue and where the bulk of this work lands. We have supplied stands there since 2018 across more than two dozen bookings, including direct work for Newsquest Media Group, Farmers Guardian and a national IT services provider, plus whitelabel deliveries through stand builders and fairground operators.
The ICC on Broad Street takes the conference-adjacent exhibitions, and we have delivered branded interactive stations there since 2019 for Specsavers, SimplyBiz, United Biscuits and a UK asset manager. United Biscuits have also had repeat Batak Pro and Topgear leader board packages with branded back boards at Telford International Centre, where we have supplied since 2018.
Coventry Arena suits concourse activations alongside its fixtures and exhibitions, and has taken a Batak Lite with a leader board. The East Midlands Conference Centre on the University Park campus in Nottingham has had a traditional High Striker for delegate networking, and the Motorpoint Arena on Bolero Square has taken a fully branded Ballnado Grabber with a custom 360 header and a wrapped leader board.
Out towards Lincolnshire, Newark Showground covers the big outdoor end across its 50-acre site, and The Hayes at Swanwick has taken a branded Pick 'N' Mix stand every June since 2022.
The Midlands regulars
These are the combinations that get repeat-booked at the NEC, the ICC and Telford.
Bigger builds
Not everything here is a stand game. Larger Midlands activations have run to full fairground packages, with Dodgems, Twister rides, Candy Floss and Pop Corn carts going into the NEC, and a comparable package with a Rodeo Bull, Hook a Duck and Tin Can Alley into Telford. Where a client wants that scale, it comes off the same delivery and the same invoice as the stand games.
