3x4.5m Pop-Up Gazebo Marquee

This is a commercial-grade instant shelter with optional sides, available to hire from £85.

What You Get

A commercial 3x4.5m pop-up gazebo - around 13.5m² of covered floorspace - with a blue roof and optional white side panels. The scissor-frame aluminium legs open out and lock in place, so two of our team can have it pitched and guy-roped in a few minutes. There's no pole-by-pole assembly and no fuss.

The footprint fits a foldable table with seating for 6–8 people, a trader's stall with prep space behind, or a registration desk with a queue line in front. Eaves height is roughly head-height for an adult, and the pitched ridge gives you room to stand and move around underneath. Add the side panels for wind protection and privacy, or leave it open-sided for access.

We set up on grass with pegs and guy ropes, or on hard standing with our 500kg concrete marquee weights if ground stakes aren't possible. White walls zip on when you need them, and the whole unit packs down into a wheeled carry bag.

    We've supplied 7 gazebos plus PA and a branded gantry for a sponsored charity walk at Penistone Showground. Multi-unit bookings are something we handle a lot.

  • Garden Parties & Gatherings

    It's big enough for a buffet table and chairs without swallowing the lawn. Mrs Whitehead hired one with a hot tub and said it was "great to keep the wind off us" once she'd added fairy lights and birthday posters.

Setup, Delivery & What's Included

We deliver, pitch and dismantle with our own drivers and our own vans - there's no third-party courier risk, which matters when your event's the next morning. The gazebo comes with the frame, roof, guy ropes and pegs as standard. Side panels are an additional £15 per gazebo - just mention it when you enquire.

Same-day or next-day delivery is available depending on where you are and what else is on the run. Discounts apply for longer-term hires and multi-unit bookings. We hold enough stock to cover multi-site activations across the UK on the same day.

Every hire includes £5 million public liability insurance and risk assessments emailed to you or your venue before the event. We've been doing this since 1999 from our warehouse just off the M1 near Rotherham.

Common Questions

What's the difference between your blue and black 3x4.5m gazebos?

The blue gazebo has a royal-blue roof with optional white side walls and an open-front layout that works well for stalls and registration desks. The black version has full black sides, a clear PVC window panel and a door panel that zips shut for full enclosure. Both are the same 3x4.5m footprint and commercial-grade frame.

How many tables and chairs fit inside?

Around 13.5m² of floorspace means you can fit a 6ft foldable table with seating for 6–8 people, or two smaller tables side by side. For trader setups, one table with stock and a prep area behind works comfortably. We also hire the tables and chairs if you need them.

Can it be set up on hard standing without pegs?

Yes. On grass we use pegs and guy ropes, but on car parks, patios or tarmac we secure it with our 500kg concrete marquee weights. Just tell us the surface type when you book and we'll bring the right kit.

Are sides included in the hire price?

Sides are an extra £15 per gazebo. The base hire includes the frame, blue roof, guy ropes and pegs. Side panels zip on quickly when you need wind protection or privacy.
