Covered 7x6m mobile trailer stage with line-array PA set up outside Kelham Island Museum for the Migration Matters Festival outdoor stage

Kelham Island Stage, Branded Labyrinth and Wembley Games

We've had a good run of jobs out lately - a stage and PA job in Sheffield, a branded exhibition game, and a stadium activation - so here's a quick run through some of them.

Outdoor stage at Kelham Island Museum

On Saturday 27 June 2026 we supplied a covered 7x6m mobile trailer stage and flown line-array PA for Migration Matters Festival's Forged by Migration outdoor stage at Kelham Island Museum in Sheffield.

The Forged by Migration outdoor stage is part of the official Migration Matters programme; our part was the stage, PA and crew package that made that courtyard setup work.

It was a good setting for the 7x6m mobile trailer stage: brick industrial buildings behind, a proper courtyard audience area in front, and enough stage depth for speakers, DJs and dance performances. The PA was flown either side of the stage with monitors across the front, so it was a full stage-and-sound package rather than just a platform drop.

This is the sort of work where the boring bits matter as much as the photos - access, timing, stage position, PA coverage, power, risk assessments and a sound engineer who knows the kit.

A branded tabletop Labyrinth

We also had a fresh branded Giant Labyrinth out for Glass Atlas / Grow Beyond. The tabletop maze was fully wrapped on the outside panels, set up on a branded stand area, and still kept the game itself simple: one or two players guide the ball through the maze, either racing the clock or scoring by how far they get.

The same idea works well on exhibition stands because the game is mechanical, tactile and easy to understand from a few metres away. If you want the upright version of the same ball-and-maze format, the Maze Runner is the taller rotating-disc version.

Wembley Stadium branded games

We also had a branded football package out at Wembley Stadium: a client-wrapped football table, a full-size Batak Pro and a branded magnetic leaderboard. It is a neat example of how a few familiar games can be pulled into one campaign when the branding is consistent across the table, reaction wall and scoreboards.

HesFest 2026

We also had our stage and PA out at HesFest 2026 at Hesley Wood Scout Activity Centre, in front of a large field audience. It is a good reminder that the same stage-and-sound setup scales from city-centre museum courtyards to outdoor youth festivals.

If you have a venue, field or exhibition stand to fill, send us the brief and we will suggest the stage, sound and games package that fits the space.
