DB Exhibition Game Hire supplies modular staging for exhibition halls, conferences, product launches, and brand activations. We've built stages at the NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central, Leeds First Direct Arena, and most other major UK venues over the past 20+ years.
Our staging is modular and configurable. Lightweight Intelistage platforms bolt together in 1m x 2m sections, so we can build a presentation stage, product launch platform, catwalk, or demonstration area in whatever footprint your stand needs. Standard heights are 200mm, 540mm, and 725mm, with custom heights available. Intelistage platforms support up to 900 kg per square metre.

Our in-house design team prints custom graphics for PA wing panels and bottom banners. Fitted and removed by our crew. See individual product pages for current pricing.
Documentation
All hire includes structural calculations, £5 million public liability insurance, and risk assessments and method statements sent electronically to you or the venue before build day. We carry employers' liability insurance and offer indemnity to principal cover when supplying staff.
One supplier for everything
We stock staging, PA, AV, lighting, generators, and exhibition games in our own 25,000 sq ft warehouse. 95% of equipment is owned in-house, so there's no sub-hiring and no coordination with third parties on build day.
