We carry over 50 arcade and interactive games for hire on exhibition stands, trade shows and brand activations. Every machine is owned in-house, brandable, and runs from a standard 13A socket. We deliver daily to ExCeL London, NEC Birmingham, Manchester Central, Olympia London and Exhibition Centre Liverpool.
Stand Traffic Builders
The Prize Crane (from £495) is the strongest exhibition game we supply. Full window and body panel branding turns it into your stand’s hero piece. Fill it with branded merchandise, competition entries, or promotional items. Adjustable win rate from every-play-wins for giveaways to 1-in-100 for competitive campaigns. Amazon and Specsavers have both hired our prize cranes for brand activations.
The Grab a Grand cash grabber (from £595) handles up to 30 visitors per hour and keeps a crowd around your stand. Fill it with vouchers, leaflets, or branded items.
Racing Simulators
The Sega Rally 2 Twin Sit Down (from £1,995, footprint 10ft x 10ft) gives you two racing seats, steering wheels and pedals. The Fast and Furious Twin (from £1,495, 3m x 3m) is a modern alternative with licensed branding. Both accept custom branding and draw visitors from across the exhibition hall. The Racing Car Simulator (from £495, 3m x 3m) offers F1-style racing in a smaller package.
Retro and Social Games
Retro arcade cabinets loaded with Pac-Man, Space Invaders and Donkey Kong start from £325 each or two from £495/day. Compact footprint, no staff needed. The Atari Pong table (from £425, 5ft x 3ft) comes with branded Atari chairs and suits stand lounge areas. Virtual Pinball (from £495) and Virtual Bowling (from £445) both fit a 5ft x 3ft footprint.
Branding and Pricing
Our in-house team produces custom branded graphics as sticker transfers, applied before your event. Scoreboard branding from £29. Dance machine boards from £95. Virtual pinball header from £69, full sides and header £179. Prize crane full body branding available. Multi-day discounts on all machines. We can also supply conference staging, PA systems and lectern hire alongside the arcade games.
All hires include delivery, setup, PAT-tested equipment, £5 million public liability insurance, and risk assessments. If you’d prefer someone on-stand to manage the games, we can supply staff too. Contact us for a stand package quote.
