A 6x6m covered truss stage for product launches, keynote presentations, award ceremonies, and live demonstrations at exhibitions and trade shows. The 36 sq m platform fits a full presentation setup with lectern, screen space, and room for a panel of speakers. The truss roof gives you rigging points for lighting and PA without needing separate ground-supported structures eating into your floorplan.

Setup takes around 1.5 hours. The stage arrives on our own vehicle and is built by our crew. We don't sub-hire staging or use third-party delivery, so there's one team, one schedule, and no coordination headaches on build day.

We've been supplying staging and exhibition equipment for over 25 years, working at venues including the NEC Birmingham, ExCeL London, Manchester Central, and Leeds First Direct Arena. Unlike dedicated stage hire companies, we also carry line array PA systems, battery-powered uplighters, festoon lighting, lecterns, and generators, and we supply audio technicians to run the sound if needed. That means one order, one delivery crew, and one invoice for your entire stand infrastructure.

95% of our equipment is owned in-house and stored in our 25,000 sq ft warehouse. We maintain everything ourselves, so you know the condition of the kit before it arrives.

Branding

Our in-house design team produces custom branded graphics for the side PA wings (from £199) and bottom stage banner (from £79). Branding is printed, fitted at setup, and removed at collection. Particularly effective for product launches and conference stages where the stage acts as a branded backdrop for press and social media coverage.
